I talked to the VA yesterday and they do have openings that you all are qualified for take a look and see if there is something you might be interested in.
This is a great way to net work that can lead to a full time job.

Information Desk 7:30am - 4pm Tuesday and Wednesday

Appointment Reminder Calls Secialty Care 7:30am - 4pm Monday - Friday

Bulletin Board Designer 7:30am - 4pm Monday - Friday

Patient Escort 8am - 8pm Monday - Saturday?

Prosthetics Front Desk 8am - 9am Tuesdays

Appointment Reminder Calls 7:30am - 4pm Monday - Friday

Yes most of these are Voluntary Service however it might be a great start.
