3 cans of cheese chili
2 cans of corn
1 bag of Mexican style shredded cheese
2 boxes of cornbread mix
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease all sides and bottom of a glass pan (or metal or stoneware, which ever your comfortable with. Glass pan would be good.), pour the chili on the bottom spreading it evenly. Then drain the cans of corn and pour onto the chili spreading that evenly. Open the bag of cheese (use all of it) and make a nice layer of cheese on the corn and chili. Put in oven just long enough to melt the cheese (abt 5 minutes). Mix up the cornbread mix (according to what it says on the box), take pan out of the oven and pour the cornbread batter over the almost finished Chili Cheese Pie. Put back in the oven for about 35 minutes (depending on the oven). After cornbread is fully cooked, spread a little butter over the whole thing, corner to corner, side to side. Your Chili Cheese Pie is ready to eat. Enjoy!!
