In one pot dump in: One choped onion, 1 pound lean ground beef. brown. After browning the meat and onion dump in: 1 can Rotel, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 small bag frozen corn, 6 cups of water. Cook for 20 minutes. Add diced velveeta cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
