			<description>In one pot dump in: One choped onion, 1 pound lean ground beef. brown. After browning the meat and onion dump in: 1 can Rotel, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 small bag frozen corn, 6 cups of water. Cook for 20 minutes. Add diced velveeta cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. 



Serving suggestions: over corn tortilla chips

                               ladel in bowl then put spoonful of salsa and/or sour cream

2 boxes of cornbread mix





Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease all sides and bottom of a glass pan (or metal or stoneware, which ever your comfortable with. Glass pan would be good.), pour the chili on the bottom spreading it evenly. Then drain the cans of corn and pour onto the chili spreading that evenly.
